SHIPPING

Australia

FREE shipping for ALL orders within Australia over $70! 

A flat rate of $6 is charged for all orders under $70.00. All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please note if you are ordering on a Sunday or Monday, we are closed those days and all orders will be sent Tuesday afternoons. Your goods are sent via Australia Post Standard for delivery within 3-5 working days to most parts of Australia. If your address is in a remote area the delivery time could be longer. Please ensure your details and address is correct and up to date, Raggedy Anne Boutique can take no responsibility or offer refunds on orders that have gone missing because of incorrectly provided details.
For Express Post delivery within 1-2 working days we charge a flat rate of $10. 

International
We ship internationally for a flat rate of $30 on all orders. Your goods are sent via Australia Post International Mail. Shipping times vary based on location. We will not ship to international PO BOX addresses. 

 

RETURNS

At Raggedy Anne we have a few simple rules for returns.

1. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.

Now for the fine print.
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. We cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Raggedy Anne reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in as new condition. Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will received an email with details of the Store Credit.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers. We are happy to replace if possible, repair or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Sale items (if applicable)
No returns or exchanges are available on SALE items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Raggedy Anne will pay for the cost of re-shipping any replacement item to you in case of faulty or damaged stock.
